This was my idea for an overall plot--

The humans are becoming a plague, a viral infection to the Earth in which they consume and breed. As the world is being torn apart by the very same kind who depend on it, shifting eyes gaze from all sides at the, now vulnerable, Earth. Three factions composed of mythical creatures, only remembered in dreams of what once was, now hope to claim the favor in the ever shifting balance of power. The Earth, being the only thing that once kept them at bay and in they’re own realms, now lacks the ability to keep the realities separate and a rift has begun to form around the world. With the barrier destroyed the only friends of the Earth or the Humans, are the Werewolves and Angels. Naturally the Wolves have no knowledge of their purpose, just an instinct to protect what’s theirs, whilst the Angels act as if sent on a divine mission to cleans the Earth of all foreign creatures. A rush for territory by the underlings must be made enigmatic by the one’s who control the strings. The Earth is fractured, no alliance is solidified, and the humans seem to offer their own blood and labor for any creature that stalks for pray. When the world is at its end, the apocalypse ignites, and the true agenda behind all motives lays buried deep under rivers of blood and swarms of flesh.

"Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man -- living in the sky -- who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do.. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time! ...But He loves you."
