How do I fill out the Character section?
The Character section is for each individual character that you include in the role play on Ireneus. There is a template that you can follow andsince each species are different from place to place there is a species list where you can find out what each is like and what they do.
How do I make a group/clan/pack?
It's a lot easier than you think. Just head over to Wiki Ireneus and click The World. After that, you scroll over the button that says Wiki Navigation on your right and it should give you two pages to choose from. The template is under the page that's titled New Group, Clan, and Pack Template.

What is the difference between In Ireneus and Other Role Play topics on the forums?
The In Ireneus section is for those who don't care what level people are in their posting and want a general meaning to the many different types of species and worlds. (If you have a suggestion for the main part feel free to contact the Creator or Enigmatic Cat).
The Other Role Play topic is for anything that doesn't fit in the boundries of the main section where it can be based of the Twilight Saga if you really want to. For example if you adore a character that is a vampire that sparkles under the sun and you don't want him or her to burn like the Species List says, you can create a vampire that sparkles anyways and put him or her in the Other Role Play topic. This is perfectly fine and is what the Other Role Play section is for!
